Term of services

General

I retain the rights to my artwork. (For OC, the character design remains yours.)
I reserve the right to decline the commission proposal.
I have the right to post WIP and final products on my SNS/portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon.
All commissions cannot be used in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency.
All commissions cannot be used in AI Art Generator.
All commissions cannot be used for financial products or ads unless you have paid for a Commercial License.
Customer cannot reproduce/modify or trace an artwork.
Customer cannot claim the credit for making an artwork.
Customer can post the artwork on SNS. (Artist credit is not necessary but appreciated.)
Vtuber character will always be charged for Content use or Commercial use license.
Any work that cannot be posted on my SNS/portfolio within 6 months, or is confidential, will incur an additional fee of 30% of the total amount.
This service will only include digital files; there will be no shipping.

Content Use

Content use is x1.5 of the final price.
You may use the products for advertising, streaming, and video editing. Do not use them for merchandise.

Commercial Use

Commercial use is x2 of the final price.
You may use the products for advertising, streaming, and merchandise.

Payment

I use Stripe and buymeacoffee(BMC) please choose the one you are most convenient with.
Once I confirm your order, I'll send you an invoice or the BMC link to your email/twitter.
Please pay in full payment or partial payment(1/2 of the price)within 7 days, or your order will be canceled.
There will be no refund unless I cancel your order.
For partial payment, please pay the rest of the total amount when an artwork is finished.
I will send a file only after I receive the total amount.

Also attach your character reference, which included colour and any important information.(like character's height, Age, Expression.)(ex. 1 Full body character with simple bg adding flower as a prop. more detail and ref here >link<)IMPORTANT: Don't forget to choose the Art style between Common CG and Semi watercolour CG
